Support Manager
10 years commercial experience of development with Borland Delphi and associated tools, especially in the health and financial services sectors.
Runs our support team on ITIL foundations and manages SLAs. Working as a second line Developer for all sorts of client problems and changes. Experienced with various legacy and modern databases such as Paradox, dBase, Interbase and SQL Server. Absolutely unflappable and pleased to continue to support Delphi applications for many clients.

Support

	Mark Reed LL.B., M.Sc.
	Support Team Leader Leading the Delphi team, and more besides, Mark is a familiar face for many of our clients. He has overall responsibility for support and maintaining service levels for approximately half our support clients. CV in pdf format

Dedicated Support Developers All with degrees and working towards MCAD

Our support developers provide primarily second and third line support to our clients but can do first line too. All our support developers are highly skilled in technologies such as .NET and Delphi as well as having in-depth knowledge of the systems that they are supporting. Using our own online incident tracking system (see discoversupport) to report progress to clients, our support developers undertake bug fixing, maintenance, remote DBA services and enhancements.

	Industrial Placement Undergraduate While on his sandwich year from uni, Ben is providing administrative support to the support team and learning new development skills on internal projects. Ben is profiled on our Careers page.

	Developers : All with degrees and working towards MCAD/four with MCAD or equivalent
	Our developers have at least 5 years commercial experience of object orientated software development on both Windows and web-based solutions. Our Microsoft team are highly skilled in .NET and SQL Server application design and development and are working towards official Microsoft qualifications. We can also supply excellent and proven skills in Delphi.

	Testers ISEB
	Our testing team carries out all of our internal system testing, whether it is for a new application or a simple bug fix. Our testers are all part or full ISEB qualified and skilled in the production of test scripts, recording and management of test results and the raising of defects and observations using our own incident tracking system.

	Graphic Designers
	Our web design team work with our customers to come up with creative and innovative web site designs that are DDA compliant. Unlike traditional graphic designers, our web design team understand how to implement their designs using the latest web development technology. This understanding leads to sites that are easy to manage as well as look amazing.

	Consultant Seven years IT recruitment experience for clients such as the Post Office and NatWest bank and two years consultative IT sales experience.
